Positive Displacement Pump (Centrifugal Feed Pump) also known as a "Screw Pump. Our Positive Displacement Pump is an ideal pump for feeding to decanter centrifuge without shearing or agitating the drilling mud. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator). The special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately. The fluids flow along with the shaft, inner flow speed is slow, capacity remains, pressure is steady, so it will not generate vortex and agitating.The shaft of the pump is made from Stainless steel, GNG series pump is available for option with complete stainless steel body.

 

Submersible Slurry Pump is the cantilever pump structure of single stage and single suction with the bearing housing, supporting, intermediate pipe connecting the pump hydraulic components. The water is discharged out from the drain pipe parts and the pump impeller is for semi-shrouded with the agitating vane on the vane extended.  The slurry pump is connecting through the flexible coupling and the electric motor, the pump direction of rotation is clockwise from the prime move.
